Shelford Valley Honey (Runny) 227g

This locally produced raw honey  can be drizzled over cereal, yogurt and fruit as a delicious breakfast or used in baking instead of sugar.

All pure honey will granulate, in fact this change is the best proof of its quality. It can easilty be restored to the liquid state by either of the following methods:

1. Loosen the top and stand the jar in hot water, heat gently until the honey becomes liquid
2. Remove metal cap and place in the microwive on the lowest power until liquid.
